The Agency 1:1 mentorship experience is structured but deeply individualized. Here's what you can expect:

  • Interest Form - Fill out our short mentorship interest form to tell us about yourself and your goals.
  • Discovery Call - A short conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and current position in your art career.
  • Assessment + Intake - We review your work, your current systems, and your long-term aspirations.
  • Customized Artist Growth Plan - Your expert mentor builds a roadmap tailored to your needs: portfolio, pricing, systems, markets, and everything in between.
  • Ongoing Sessions - You'll meet regularly to track progress, refine strategy, solve roadblocks, and build momentum.
  • Tools + Support - You get access to frameworks, templates, checklists, and business systems designed specifically for working artists.

Mentorship in the Agency is collaborative and structured, strategic and compassionate.

Mentorship Tiers

We offer multiple tiers to meet artists at different stages:

### Structure (4 weeks) For emerging artists or those re-grounding their practice. A focused intro mentorship to build the foundation of a sustainable art business. *Focus: clarity, identity, early-stage structure, portfolio building.*

### Momentum (8 weeks) For working artists who want organization, business strategy, and systems to scale. *Focus: pricing, revenue planning, workflows, marketing foundations.*

### Scale (12–16 weeks) For established artists ready for a full ecosystem build-out — scaling, streamlining, and redesigning studio operations end-to-end. *Focus: advanced strategy, product lines, wholesale readiness, reviewing art gallery contracts and art licensing contracts, sustainability.*

Each tier includes personalized support, but the depth of engagement and pace of growth adapt to where you are.
