Most coaches in this space are artists who built an audience and teach others to do the same. Cassie is a gallery owner. She teaches from the buying side: how collectors and galleries evaluate an artist, and the pricing, documentation, and presentation they expect to see.

There are two ways in. If you want one focused strategy session, book the Power Hour ($399). If you're considering ongoing 1:1 mentorship, submit the interest form and Cassie will invite you to a short discovery call, then send a custom quote.

The Power Hour is a single 60-minute strategy session for $399. 1:1 mentorship is custom-quoted. Common starting points are a focused four-week engagement, an eight-week program with coaching sessions, accountability check-ins and a full portfolio, website and social review, and a twelve-to-sixteen-week build-out for artists moving toward a full-time practice.

Each engagement is quoted individually after a discovery call, based on the scope of work. The Power Hour is the only fixed-price option, at $399.

First, Cassie invites you to a short discovery call, about 20 minutes on Zoom. Next, she writes a custom quote built around your practice and goals and emails it to you. Then you meet for a quote review call, about 25 minutes, to walk through it and answer your questions. If you decide to go ahead, you sign the service agreement and pay the invoice online. Finally, you complete your intake, book your first session, and begin.

Yes. 1:1 mentorship includes a 30-day money-back review period, subject to the conditions in your service agreement (for example, attending scheduled calls and completing your intake). Refunds are reviewed individually.
